Corporate University Workshop
A Two-Day Hands-On Design Experience
This is a workshop designed for a team who has been chartered to explore the possibility of developing a corporate university, or who is already in the process of developing one.
Over the course of 2-days, the team will outline a possible corporate university for their organization. The outline below lays out the steps and the rough sequence that will be followed.
The workshop will introduce many case studies, examples from other organizations, and provide a forum for discussion and deep understanding of what makes a corporate university successful.
Participants will leave this workshop with:
- An actual plan, documented on wall-sized full color templates which are provided, for their corporate university.
- A project implementation plan.
- An action plan for the first six-eight weeks of implementation.
Plus:
- A host of examples from of other corporate universities.
- A list of tools and software that can be used in the corporate university.
